Boundaries Define Sacred Madness
This work is born from the desire to explore what unfolds when the body becomes language—when it transforms into an expression of identity.
Curiosity drives me: that irresistible force pushing me beyond the borders of the known, toward what usually remains hidden—or what we choose not to see.
I encounter individuals who experience BDSM as an intimate dialogue with themselves and with others.
Through observation and listening, I use the camera to transform the boundaries imposed by privacy into a form of narrative—one that speaks through bodies rather than recognizable faces.
In those fragments of skin, in the marks, the tension, and the bruises, anyone can find a reflection of themselves, a point of connection.
Within BDSM, I uncover a delicate equilibrium: between control and surrender, trust and power, pain and pleasure.
It is a language grounded in consent, a space where limits do not confine but define.
And it is precisely there that “sacred madness” emerges—the realm where vulnerability becomes strength and the body turns into truth.
Through these images, I do not seek answers but questions.
I invite the viewer to suspend judgment and to stand before another’s skin as if it were their own.
Because within those marks, within that flesh, resides something universal:
The need to feel free, to belong, and to be truly seen.
